What a great night at Blue Adobe! The chef was on his game tonight! The lazy tacos were incredible! Our guests also raved about the stacked enchiladas and the salmon wrap. Margaritas were also excellent. We had great service, great ambiance.....an over all excellent evening out!!!

I've been to this location before, but it's been over a year. It was nice to see that the place was still there, and the food was still on point. They also remodeled the inside, which was super cute. I ordered my favorite menu item which was chorizo chicken with vegetables. It was the same as I remembered from over a year ago. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend. I have to add that our waitress was very sweet and made sure to check on us several times.

The Original Blue Adobe Grille--it's a true gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a great blend of Southwestern charm and cozy vibes. The service is outstanding--attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely top-notch. Their frozen margaritas are hands down the best I've ever had--refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of kick. The fresh chips and salsa are a perfect start to any meal, and the daily specials are always exciting. I highly recommend the "Land of Enchantment" beef tenderloin medallion topped with chipotle shrimp. It's a flavor explosion, paired with enchilada, vegetables, and green chili potatoes that complement the dish beautifully. And if you've got room for dessert, don't skip the house-made crème brûlée or cheesecake--they're the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal. Good food and great service. Like the atmosphere. I will go back to try more dishes . Close to Mesa concert hall.

This place is a gem. Carne Adonada is one of the best dishes you can have in our area. Service was perfect as well. Place is busy, call ahead.

We had a party of 8 and our server did a fantastic job - even mixing our carafes of margaritas!, which were very fresh and flavorful. We tried the queso and the lobster dip as appetizers. Both were good, but I would highly recommend the lobster dip. It was loaded with big chunks of lobster, and I liked the dip flavor a bit more than the queso flavor. I had the tenderloin chile rellenos, and they were fantastic! I also liked that they came with rice and charro beans, instead of refried beans. My friends ordered the carne adovada and I had a few tastes. The meat was tender and flavorful, though it had a bit too much sauce for me. The salsa was a dark salsa (almost black), which I had never seen before - but it was really good. Don't let the outside of the building fool you. The inside is welcoming and the food delicious!

Dinner with JoAnne and we love coming here because the food & service never disappoints! On this visit, we both had the Stacked Enchiladas special...oh so very good! Only difference was we each got different meat. I had beef in mine and had the rice and beans. She got a salad with hers instead of the rice and beans. We ordered guacamole appetizer beforehand. I ended up taking home the rest of our chips, guac, and salsa and she took home the rest of her salad and enchiladas. We came at a good time, as it wasn't that busy yet and the ambiance was perfect. We will always be return customers!

We came on a Saturday evening and it was busy! The service was good and the food delicious. I will definitely be going back! I got the shredded beef chimichanga and it was amazing! The beef had a really nice flavor and the rice was probably the best Mexican rice I've ever had. The only thing we didn't love was the guacamole appetizer. It wasn't bad, but nothing special either.

A small but attractive spot to grab New Mexican style grub. Our friendly server and complimentary chips and salsa got us off to a good start. I ordered the mini shredded beef chimichanga, green style. You can also order it with red sauce (spicier) or Christmas style - both sauces. It comes with rice and whole pinto beans, both were very good. Even the mini version is very filling. We kind of forget Blue Adobe is here and need to remind ourselves to add it to our rotation. It's a great place!
